Tills\u00e4tt fisken och l\u00e5t sjuda i fem minuter. Ta upp fisken med h\u00e5lslev och st\u00e4ll kallt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forts\u00e4tt sjuda soppan tills potatisarna \u00e4r f\u00e4rdigkokta, ta d\u00e4refter upp och mosa dem genast till potatismos. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sila bort l\u00f6k klyftorna och kryddorna fr\u00e5n spadet. Finhacka den andra l\u00f6ken och purjon. L\u00e5t dem svetta under lock i en kastrull med mycket sm\u00f6r p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i minst 10 minuter eller tills de \u00e4r mjuka (de f\u00e5r ej bli bruna).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4ll spadet och gr\u00e4dden \u00f6ver l\u00f6ken och purjon. Tills\u00e4tt s\u00e5 mycket potatismos att soppan f\u00e5r en bra konsistens.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4gg slutligen i fisken i bitar.
