Till Sarahs kalas gjorde jag en pizzadeg baserad p\u00e5 Vito Iacopellis recept. Tv\u00e5 helger senare gjorde jag surdegspizza. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Surdeg \u00e4r lite pyssligt men med ett bra starterrecept s\u00e5 g\u00e5r det som en dans. Jag anv\u00e4nde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saltakvarn.se\/recept\/surdegstart-av-vete\/\">Salt\u00e5 Kvarns recept p\u00e5 vetesurdeg<\/a>, men hade inga \u00e4pplen hemma s\u00e5 det fick bli russin ist\u00e4llet och den \u00e4r ytterst livaktig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"vitos-pizzadeg-for-hemmaugnen\">Vitos Pizzadeg f\u00f6r hemmaugnen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Denna pizzadeg b\u00f6rjar med en 24 h j\u00e4st f\u00f6rdeg. Jag tog fram eget recept i st\u00e4llet. Denna tomats\u00e5s fungerar ocks\u00e5 till pasta. Jag lagar min med tryckkokarfunktionen i v\u00e5ran Crockpot Express vilket ger ett enormt smakdjup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 burkar krossade tomater<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oregano, Basilika. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 nypa socker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 nypa salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hacka och fr\u00e4s vitl\u00f6ksklyftor och kryddor i olja. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 tomater. Smaka av med socker och salt. Koka i hop. Jag k\u00f6rde 30 min p\u00e5 manual och high pressure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fyllningar\">Fyllningar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi har som sagt testat lite olika fyllningar. B\u00f6rja alltid med tomats\u00e5s och ost.
